The 93rd Academy of Motion Pictures awards will be aired on Sunday, April, 25 on ABC. Unlike previous years where the Oscars have been criticized for being too white, this year’s nominations, which were broadcast in March, have been praised for being more diverse.
Ever since the 1st Academy Awards in 1929, many talents have been honored, both onscreen stars and the producers, composers, directors and singers that put in the work to make the movies we love to watch on the big screens and cable.
