The breathtaking secret natural pool of Aruba you must visit

The island of Aruba is noted to have the best weather in the Caribbean. Its sunny days, clear beaches and white sands make it a picture-perfect scene. It is one of the lesser-explored Caribbean islands, hence, one of its beautiful spots to unwind, the Conchi Natural Pool, is also not well-known.

This natural pool is one of Aruba’s most remote tourist attractions that can be accessed either by hiking, horseback or by an off-terrain vehicle.

The secluded yet beautiful site located inside Aruba’s national park Arikok is popularly called ‘Conchi’ (bowl) or ‘Cura di Tortuga’ (Turtles Cove). It is a unique formation of volcanic stone circles that form a serene pool.

More about this

Regardless of the calm nature of the pool, occasional waves blow over into the pool found in one of Aruba’s rockiest terrain. The journey to the ‘awe-inspiring power and beauty of nature’ may be a deterrent for many but worth taking and very Instagram worthy.

Those interested in snorkeling can take their masks and swimsuits for when the waters are calm to take a dive in the pool. It is advisable to also bring a pair of water shoes to protect yourself from the slippery rocks.

The pool can have about 12 people in it at the same time and is the perfect place for a getaway as it does not get a lot of people trekking there in large groups even though it is advisable to enlist the services of a local guide before you embark on the trip to this stunning natural pool.

Here are astonishing photos of the Conchi Natural pool.
